Все вроде правильно. Все же зачем всем живым существам необходимо регулярное питание?

Любому современному школьнику известно, что наш организм состоит из клеток. Клетка по своему устройству напоминает маленького человека, так как у нее есть все составляющие, имеющиеся у большого организма – органы человека – органы пищеварения, органы дыхания, органы размножения и органы выделения. Каждая конкретная клетка требует питания – ей хочется дышать, принимать пищу, двигаться, выполнять разнообразные функции. Но как же происходит питание клетки организма?

Питание клетки происходит через межклеточную жидкость, которая снабжается питательными веществами благодаря мельчайшим кровеносным сосудам. Кровь несет клетке пластические и питательные вещества, те самые, из которых сама клетка состоит. А продукты клеточного обмена(переработанные), которые выделяются в межклеточную жидкость, вместе с кровью разносятся по всему организму. Таким образом, происходит питание всех остальных систем организма – происходит питание всего организма.

Продукты питания можно разделить на три группы:

  • для пополнения запасов энергии:
  • для нормального обмена веществ:
  • для того чтобы занять свободное время – развеять тоску и скуку, показать свои кулинарные способности.

Когда мы за столом, все эти три пункта присутствуют в нашей трапезе, но преобладает только один. Все зависит от желания человека в данный момент: наполнить свой организм энергией, выбрать правильное питание или просто набить свой желудок пищей.

Питание человека – пища, вода и кислород как строительный материал. Именно в пище находятся все питательные вещества, необходимые для нашего организма – это жиры, углеводы и белки. А вы знаете, что все ткани нашего организма – сама кровь, кости, волосы, ногти, кожа и т. п, состоят преимущественно из белка. Организм человека это открытая экологическая система. Все необходимое питание наш организм получает из внешней среды – воздуха, воды и пищи.

Теперь мы знаем цель питания – пополнить энергетические запасы организма. А теперь задумаемся, как правильно пополнять этот запас. Вспомним, что в нашем организме есть запасы энергии – это жировые отложения. По примерным подсчетам в 10 килограммах лишнего веса находится столько энергии, которой бы хватило на три месяца жизни, при условии, что организм больше ни в чем не нуждается кроме жира.

Не сложно подсчитать общее количество калорийности тех же самых круп, мяса, макарон и прочего — все эти продукты даже не набирают 90 тысячи калорий, т. е. того количества энергии, что как раз находятся в этих 10 килограммах. Десять кило лишнего веса это еще нормально, но ведь у некоторых эта цифра больше!

Значит, энергии в организме полно, но без еды мы не можем прожить даже суток. Почему нам постоянно нужна новая энергия? Оказывается это пищевой инстинкт.
